He ruled that POLAR does not have standing (not great news, but not a surprise);<\/p>\n<p>2. He denied Enbridge&#8217;s motion to dismiss and instead remanded the case back to the state court (good news, in our view).<\/p>\n<p>This ruling means that he did not have to rule one way or another on Brandon&#8217;s motion to intervene. Presumably, that will be filed in state court.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re in a rush. More tomorrow.
