In it, our friend Jeff Axt is dead on the money:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We want Enbridge to follow the existing laws,&#8221; said POLAR founder Jeff Axt, who owns property along the route. &#8220;These aren&#8217;t obstructions recently created to stop a pipeline.
