So it appears Line 6B landowners aren&#8217;t the only ones affected this latest Enbridge gaffe, though it also appears that they&#8217;ve straightened it out. We&#8217;re assuming you have also received a corrected form; if not, please let us know. More importantly, you should let Enbridge know.<\/p>\n<p>While we&#8217;ve got you, here are a few other quick news items worth noting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Debate and concern over Line 5&#8211; the issue that o<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.nwf.org\/2013\/10\/whats-the-condition-of-the-pipeline-beneath-the-straits-of-mackinac-video\/\" target=\"_blank\">ur friend Beth Wallace has worked so tirelessly<\/a> to bring to the public&#8217;s attention&#8211; continues to intensify. A couple of weeks ago, Enbridge representatives <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upnorthlive.com\/news\/story.aspx?id=1004107#.UwYbUnkfWCZ\" target=\"_blank\">made a presentation<\/a> on the state of the pipeline <a href=\"http:\/\/www.9and10news.com\/story\/24646344\/enbridge-meets-with-mackinac-county-to-discuss-pipeline-under-the-straits-of-mackinac\" target=\"_blank\">to the Mackinac County Planning Commission in St. Ignace.<\/a> From most accounts, it wasn&#8217;t a very satisfying presentation for anyone. The best recap we&#8217;ve seen is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mlui.org\/energy\/news-views\/news-views-articles\/enbridges-straits-pipeline-forum-more-questions-than-answers.html#.UwZfyHkfWCa\" target=\"_blank\">this one from the Michigan Land Use Institute<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Enbridge is once again <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mlive.com\/news\/kalamazoo\/index.ssf\/2014\/02\/enbridge_hoping_to_educate_com.html\" target=\"_blank\">courting Comstock Township for approval of a new dredge pad site<\/a>. You may recall how badly they botched that process the last time. Vice President Richard Adams himself&#8211; he&#8217;s the executive <a title=\"Enbridge thinks EPA is stupid\" href=\"http:\/\/grangehallpress.com\/Enbridgeblog\/2013\/08\/11\/enbridge-thinks-epa-is-stupid\/\" target=\"_blank\">who wrote that dishonest letter to the EPA<\/a> a few months back&#8211; recently spoke with Comstock officials himself in hopes of getting approval for the new sites. We&#8217;re currently working on a detailed post about this one, as there&#8217;s much to say about it.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, you may have seen the good news this week out of Nebraska. A District Court Judge there <a href=\"http:\/\/thinkprogress.org\/climate\/2014\/02\/19\/3309791\/nebraska-keystone-pipeline-ruling\/\" target=\"_blank\">has struck down a law<\/a> designed to circumvent the Public Service Commission process for granting eminent domain rights. The decision is a genuine victory for Nebraska landowners. What its effect on the Keystone XL project will be isn&#8217;t entirely clear.
