On August 24th, a hearing will be held before Administrative Law Judge Theresa Sheets to consider a petition to delay a decision on phase two of the Line 6B project. It’s very important that as many concerned citizens attend this hearing as are able. The MPSC needs to know that many residents have serious concerns about the project. I’m very interested to see how this unfolds. Do you have any idea what one can expect at this hearing and/or from this hearing?
I’ve never attended a hearing like this, Lisa, and can only say based on my reading of the transcripts of other ones. I’m not very good at predictions, but I don’t see why the Judge would reconsider her decision to grant this modest delay.
