We have long said that Enbridge’s problems with landowners are easily fixed; it’s just not that complicated. It is so uncomplicated, in fact, that even a child gets it. Here’s proof, courtesy of Kim Savage’s 9 year old son Shaun:

This is a great drawing! The technical name for this solution is call an “under-bore”. This is a fairly common practice for laying pipe, it is slightly more expensive for Enbridge but can help mitigate the harm on homes and ecosystems.
